If you have a Full HDTV showing 1080P this is the console for you. The quality of this console is outstanding. It looks the business and is replicated when the Full HD games load up. (Be careful not all games play in 1080P - tells you on the back of the game). The ability to browse the net, download demos and games from the Sony site and play against people from all over the world is as you would expect but you also get the ability to download all your photos and store them on a 60 GB hard disk drive. Play Blue ray movies and control it all using your wireless controller. You can even plug your memory cards straight into your console. All in all, i can't wait to get really stuck into this machine and see what it can do and what they will release for it in the coming months.
